What a beautiful village!

Once upon a time, a little village was standing on the hills facing the sea. The village had so many amazing stories to tell, narrow streets and secret corners and was completely surrounded by the vineyards. The village is made out of ancient bricks and staying there at Oviv Hotel means disconnecting from everyday life’s stress, just relax and leave with a sense of warmth that will always be in your heart.

A slow life, attention to details, happiness in the most simple things… this is our concept of holidays.

Even stars are beautiful here, and they seem so close to us in the silence that reings on these hills. You can choose one of our 12 themed rooms. Each room is different and has a theme inspired to a particular aspect of Piceno. I’ll tell you their stories one by one and guide you through a magic trip from Monti della Laga’s mountains and rivers to the sea.

Those rooms have a french double bed, perfect for solo travelers or for couples who want to sleep very close to each other. Very comfortable and romantic. Those rooms have wifi, smart tv, a really nice hairdryer, a safe, a mini fridge with some water, some beds also have an underlying container, shower cubicle and a separated shower tap to replace the bidet.

Superior rooms are all different and also very romantic. They are larger than classic rooms and have more space to relax after a long day of exploring, relaxing on the beach and sunbathing.

Superior rooms have a kingsize bed (160x 200 cm) with high quality mattress and 4 soft pillows, big smart tv, fast and free wifi! You can watch your favorite movies and tv series, download your best pictures and send them to your friends! They’ll be so jealous!

Bathroom are a little small and some don’t have a bidet, but in those cases there’s a really nice shower tap greatly replacing it. All superior rooms have showers, a safe, a minifridge with water, a hairdryer just like your own (if you don’t have a Dyson one, of course!)

This is not just a hotel room. This is a stunning private space, that has surprises wherever your eyes land on. The most beautiful thing is the private terrace those rooms have… just look at the pictures! Those rooms have a kingsize bed too, a cozy high quality mattress and 4 soft pillows, fast and free wifi, smart tv 42”, minifridge with water, safe and a hairdryer like your own. They have bathrooms with showers and some of them also have a bidet. We only have 3! Hurry up if you want to get them!

Good morning with a smile! Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 to 11 am on our panoramic terrace with a spectacular view on the hills and the sea. You will start your day with home made cakes and so many other tasty options, all made with love! Home made bread, cornetti and italian coffee’s smell will spread out everywhere! We also have moka coffe! Amazing sunsets on the hills, moon raising above the Adriatic sea… you’ll be able to watch them from our panoramic terrace when you come back from your day, maybe while having an aperitif with some typical special charcuterie from our personal selection! Now let’s talk about some comfort and soul-healing food. You will find it in the 3 small restaurants in the village and in the two historical bakeries filling the air with the amazing smell of their delicacies since so long… Amazing food, wines and welcoming smiles from people who have hospitality in their heart.
